OPEN CHURCH POSTS
To place a church on the Open Church List, we ask that you provide vital info to help the NCAG showcase your church on our website to perspective pastoral candidates. Please take the time to adequately describe your church's history, ministries, community, and facilities. We have created a document that details profile information we need from you along with photos of your church's exterior and interior, highlighting your church and giving potential pastoral candidates a good picture of your facility.

Multiply Church Lake Norman Lead Pastor
The Multiply Family of Churches is an innovative Family of Churches model (“One Family, Many Churches”) currently made up of eleven churches across three continents. Often described as a “third wave” of church planting, it is both highly autonomous and highly collaborative. Each local lead pastor serves as an apostolic, visionary leader while enjoying the strength of a like-minded team and spiritual covering. The Multiply Family was birthed out of a prophetic call to become a ‘renewed Antioch’, whose mission is simple and bold: multiply churches and multiply disciples. We plant churches that plant churches and make disciples who make disciples.
Multiply Church Lake Norman
Multiply Church Lake Norman began eight years ago with 38 people in a movie theater. Today, it has grown into a thriving congregation of 300+, now meeting in a newly renovated 18,000 sq. ft. facility.
The church has a dynamic team of four full-time pastors (executive, youth, worship, media), a part-time children’s pastor, and three part-time support staff.
Located in Mooresville, NC—minutes from Lake Norman, 20 minutes from Charlotte, two hours from the mountains, and three hours from the beach—this area blends small-town charm with rapid growth. Recently named the fastest-growing suburb in America, Mooresville is an incredible place to live, plant roots, and raise a family.
Multiply LKN is marked by passionate worship, thriving next-gen ministries, strategic outreach, and a contagious culture of community. The church is poised for a powerful new season of growth.

Visionary & Apostolic – A leader who can discern God’s direction, cast bold vision, and pioneer new Kingdom initiatives while serving within the Multiply Family model.
Spirit-Filled Preacher & Teacher – A dynamic communicator who ministers in the power of the Holy Spirit and is committed to Pentecostal theology and practice.
Team Builder – Skilled at raising up, equipping, and empowering leaders, cultivating both staff and volunteer teams.
Experienced Leader – Proven leadership in church ministry, demonstrating maturity, wisdom, and resilience.
