Position Details
Looking for Part-time student ministries director in the Lake Norman area. Current leader is moving in a few weeks. We have a great team of adult leaders, but need the right someone to oversee. There are other staff people that do admin support for student ministry so this position will really focus on pastoring. There are about 25 students to serve, and it is growing. The director will choose curriculum, schedule lessons and speakers, communicate with parents, and engage in discipleship at different levels. A high energy person would be ideal. (the other members of the team are experienced and powerful, but more reserved) Looking for those with ministry experience and education/training only. 12 hours a week with very real possibility of becoming 24 hours in the Fall. Must work all Wednesday nights and Sundays, and 6 Saturdays a year.
