Position Title: Youth & Young Adults Pastor
Position Details: Youth & Young Adults Pastor | Church Alive Department: Next Generations Reports to: Next Gen Director Purpose: Responsible for overseeing, supporting and giving leadership to the Youth, & Young Adults ministries at Church Alive General Responsibilities**: Support, clarify, and implement the vision and brand, and provide directional leadership for the Youth & Young Adults Ministries at Church Alive to achieve strategic goals. Lead, develop and supervise Youth and Young Adults staff. Coordinate and oversee all weekly services for Youth & Young Adults Coordinate and oversee any events and/or trips within Youth and Young Adults Ministries. Develop and implement a comprehensive discipleship strategy with clear and accessible next steps. Keep all Ministry Playbooks updated. Build strong relationships with current and new leaders. Oversee Youth & Young Adults budget to steward our resources wisely. Ensure input of data related to Youth & Young Adults Ministries is inputted in a timely manner. Develop and oversee consistent volunteers & leader recruitment and training. Train and provide oversight to staff and leaders regarding protocols for accident reporting, reports of misconduct, abuse, or other mandatory reporting incidents Church Alive is located in Fuquay-Varina, NC which is a neigboring community to Raleigh. The Triangle is a thriving area with many options for families and young professionals. Resturants, sports, parks, and a wide variety of housing makes this area a sought after place to live.
