Position Title: Worship Leader

Position Details: Cross Assembly Worship Ministry exists to guide people into an encounter with God through music. We strive to produce quality music and creative elements to enhance people’s worship experience. We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office, and on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience. There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we are fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Develop spiritually, personally, and professionally through mentoring, training, and ministry opportunities across all campuses. • Be flexible, as your assignment and location in this role will change according to the ministry's needs. • Develop and recruit vocalists and musicians to build teams in your assigned campus. • Write and arrange songs for Sunday Services. • Lead contractors and volunteers to sharpen musical and technical skills. • Develop an understanding of band dynamics, worship environment, and production through collaboration. • Collaborate with the core team on setlist planning, multitrack production, and seamless musical transitions. • Upload weekly files to the worship computer for rehearsals • Find weekly replacements for callouts • Create loops, transitions, and musical scores for a distraction-free worship experience. • Attend weekly Creative Team meetings. • Preparation for Thursday night rehearsal at your assigned campus. • Lead worship at your assigned campus. • Reports directly to the Creative Pastor
